Amazing owners. Very caring. Great communication.
Very nice home with kind caretakers.
A few years ago, I found myself in need of an assisted living facility for my mom. She is precious to me, and I was super particular and looking for a place that would be very clean, caring & attentive. When I came to visit Paradise Assisted Living, I found it to be all of those things and more. They were so gentle with my mom that they would hold her hand when she was afraid or bring her in to be with them. Recently, I have found myself in a circumstance to help my brother find an Assisted living home as well. And I was so pleasantly surprised to come back to Paradise Assisted Living and see that that same home-like environment was still present. I have such peace of mind knowing he’s in caring and capable hands when I am not there. I visit often and they are so welcoming to me as well. They go the extra mile to make him feel comfortable and happy: remembering his favorite snacks, clipping his nails, giving him a haircut and he even enjoys the food. I am so glad that I did not have to worry about my mom or now my brother when I am not present. They have been a blessing.
We've been very pleased with the care my wife is receiving. A positive atmosphere managed by people who care. Highly recommended by me.
Our family is very thankful for the compassionate care and support provided to our sister Betty at Paradise Assisted Living Home as she lived through almost three years of progressing Alzheimer’s. The management and staff treated Betty with dignity and respect throughout her stay, and ensured she was comfortable and pain-free, treating her with kindness and caring in her final days. We highly recommend Paradise Assisted Living Home for providing this type of excellent care for your family members.
Starting in January, 2025, our mom had two surgeries with some complications which made recovery very difficult. It became clear that she could no longer stay in independent living. So we began exploring options including assisted living in an apartment like arrangement and group home environments. We resolved that a group home would be a great place, so we visited several different group homes and we kept coming back to Paradise Assisted Living Home. Mom has been living here since March and Monica and her team have done a great job of making her feel like family. She gets much better response when she has a need and they check on her regularly to see if she needs anything. They also arranged doctors including some specialists who visit directly at the house. Currently none of us are living in the Phoenix area full time, but we feel totally comfortable that mom’s needs are met, she has a chance to interact with others, and if there is a special need, we get a quick call with willingness to provide assistance if we aren’t available. I couldn’t think of a better place for mom to live than Paradise Assisted Living Home.
